THE PLANNING PROCESS

With all plans the best advice is to just start and find your way through the wilderness. What started as the adventurous idea of crossing the African continent turned into a planning journey with a massive learning curve. Other people spend years on planning, we gave ourselves a handful of months. Well, and as you know, something like COVID-19 hit us by surprise and all our plans were obsolete

- What car do we need? Where do we buy it? OMG... we have no idea about cars!

- What route should we take? How do we cross borders? Anyone here to help?

- What documents do we need? What, a second passport? Vaccinations? 

 

A lot to learn in the process, but that's what made the whole project even more unique....
