I've been vegetarian for almost four years and decided to turn vegan in the beginning of 2021 (I just couldn't lie to myself anymore). No meat, no fish, no dairy and eggs ... but enough plant-based protein to fuel off from (isn't all protein plant-based in the beginning?).

There is a difference between eat8ing plant-based end being vegan. Fueling your body with plant-based nutrients is a first step, being actual vegan is more of a lifestyle choice and includes a holistic approach to avoid animal suffering in general.
